Our story

New company. Clear standards.

North Country Heating & Cooling LLC launched in 2026 with a simple belief: Southern New Hampshire homeowners deserve a heating and cooling company that answers the phone, charges fairly, and treats a house like their own.

Based in Milton, we serve Rochester, Dover, Portsmouth, Hampton, and towns across Southern NH. Mini-splits are our flagship, alongside furnaces, boilers, central AC, gas piping, IAQ, and seasonal maintenance.

Tony

Tony is the hands-on half of North Country — the one who walks a cold basement, listens to a furnace cycle, and figures out what's actually wrong before anyone talks about a new system. He sizes cold-climate mini-splits for Southern NH winters, runs clean installs, and treats every home like a neighbor lives there (because they do). He co-founded the company so homeowners could get straight answers, fair numbers, and work that holds up when it's five degrees outside.

Garrett keeps the shop humming — estimates that make sense, schedules that stick, and a real person on the line when you call. He co-built North Country around punctual windows, non-commissioned advice, and paperwork that doesn't leave you guessing. If Tony is the wrench, Garrett is the plan: making sure jobs are scoped right, customers know what to expect, and the crew shows up ready.
